They handle a full range of conveyances including high value properties. They also handle a large volume of leasehold properties. This new vacancy is suitable for a 3+ pqe residential property solicitor with good experience in these areas. You will be offered a supportive working environment and competitive salary.

Busy, yet friendly Kent legal 500 firm require an ILEX/Licensed Conveyancer to undertake mid-volume Residential Property caseload, within collegiate team of 10-15 lawyers. the firm have recently made an agreement with a large local estate agent and are thus very busy.

 Our client is a small firm which has been established for over 200 years. They have 2 offices in Wiltshire based in beautiful Grade 2 listed buildings. Most of their work is for private clients. Both our offices offer a very relaxed and friendly working environment with an excellent level of support from support staff and partners alike. They are looking for an additional solicitor with 0-6 years PQE (although the right candidate with considerably more experience would also be of interest) to join their busy conveyancing practice.

  Opportunity to work in the busy Domestic Conveyancing Department of this established Oxford practice. Applicants should have at least 2 years relevant fee earning experience and be capable of handling a heavy case load. Experience of working in teams which handle bulk conveyancing using case management systems and case tracking will be preferred.

   A new vacancy has arisen with a leading Wiltshire firm! Our client is looking for an experienced conveyancer with two years + experience to work within the Residential Property Team. You will be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, resourcefulness and a strong sense of commercial awareness. You will be a team player with the ability to foster positive client relationships. Working as a key member of our existing Residential Property Team you will be involved in many aspects of conveyancing work.
